Dinner Parties/Private event
Dinner Party, surprise parties, or even a small dinner for 2, we have you covered! Each event is unique, just as each individual client,so we make the best efforts possible to deliver a clean, organized catering event for you. We carry the burden of catering and deliver a professional serving staff so you don't have to.

Prom/Graduation & More

GUIDELINES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Menu Prices
Menus are priced per person. Menu price does not include serving staff sales tax or gratuity. Serving staff available at an additional charge.
Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to confirm or book an order. All orders must be paid in full one week prior to the event. Payments accepted are Cash, credit/debit cards, money orders, cashier checks. No personal checks accepted.
Gratuity
Gratuity is optional, at the discretion of the client for parties of less than 50 people when services are offered, for parties of 50 people or more there will be a 18% gratuity added when services are offered. Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the staff.
The eighteen percent (18%) service charge that is included in every catering bill pays for the services of transportation, fuel, the use of equipment, kitchen essentials, buffet décor, energy costs, liability insurance fees, and all necessary permits and other administrative expenses.

Guest Count/Guarantee
A guaranteed minimum guest count is required with your deposit to secure your date. With a three-day notice prior to the event we will be happy to accommodate more guest. Food quantities and prices are based on the number of guest. Client will be charged accordingly for additional guest over the guaranteed guest count given at time of deposit (including musicians, photographers, clergy etc.). Full payment of these additional cost is to be rendered three business days prior to the event.
Cancellations
All monies received will be applied toward any future bookings made within one calendar year from original date booked. After that all monies will be for forfeited.
Damages
Client will be charged replacement cost of all missing or damaged linen (including but not limited to stains, holes, snags, candle wax etc.) Client will be charged for damaged or missing décor, silverware, china, glassware or any rental equipment.
